Easiest Curd Rice Recipe

Easy to cook and good for digestion. This recipe can be concoted within 5 minutes. Balanced diet for those who are always in rush in mornings and skip breakfast.

Step 1: Take left over rice or cook a new batch

 

 

 

 

  


Step 2: Mix curd in the rice. Take as required for consistency. Generally same quantity as rice is good.









Step 3: Add salt to taste and water if too thick.

 

 

 

 

  


Step 4: Take mustard oil (approx 2 spoon for plateful of curd rice) in a pan for tadka. You can also take ghee or any other oil. 

 

 

  


Step 5: add peanuts once the mustard oil is heated up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Step 6: add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chana dal once peanuts are golden.

 

 

 

 

 


Step 7: Let the mixture cook till aromatic.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Step 8: add the mixture to bowl of curd rice. Mix it well and garnish with dhaniya. Serve in a plate. This dish is equally good eaten hot or cold.
